The Swag

The Swag is made of three unique layers of 100% natural unseeded, unbleached cotton materials. The Swag is going to be housing your food, so it's important that you can trust that it's non-toxic and non-allergenic.

Each layer plays a significant role in keeping your produce fresher for much longer! The outer layer of The Swag protects your fruit & veggies and stops the water in the middle layer from drying up. However, it's the two other layers that make the difference. The thicker middle layer absorbs and holds the water, almost like the inner layer of a babies nappy, it draws the moisture away from the babies bottom, or in this case, away from the fresh produce in your Swag. If too much moisture is up against your fruit & veggies - they'll rot quicker! The very Inner layer, provides a dryer barrier whilst allowing your fruit & veggies to draw on the air and water they need. This keeps everything Fresher for Longer.

Your Starter Pack includes the Small, Long and Large Swag Produce Bags.

Large - 42cm x 52cm - Great for storing bigger items

Long - 52cm x 38cm - Great for those longer vegetables like Celery, Spinach, Leeks, Chard and Scallions/Spring Onions. No more wilted or slimy greens from plastic bags.

Small - 37cm x 38cm - perfect for those leafy greens or fresh herbs

To use, simply wash before use following care label instructions. For general use, dampen clean dry Swags from the outside and wring out all excess water. Place fruit, veggies and leafy greens into Swags (they can all go in one Swag if you like).

Once your Swags are in use, wash every two weeks (or as needed) following care label instructions.

The Swag helps reduces food waste & single use plastic bags that end up in landfills, ruining the ocean & our natural environment.

The Swag is all about giving back.  It’s heavily ingrained in everything we do. From extending the life of customer's fresh produce by weeks, to acting consciously and thoughtfully we make a real difference to the place we live and the earth as a whole.
